Given the customisation and limited edition nature of the desks, orders cannot be canceled. 

Shipping is included in the price, with the exception of orders to Asia Pacific. We try our best to provide you the best rates and accessibility to our products and are excited to service you locally as we continue to expand our Micromanufacturing in your city. 

We divide the shipment of desktop and base into two parts to make transportation easier. 

We offer a 1-year limited warranty to repair or replace any defective material or component. However, it does not cover any issues due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or if loss/stolen. A 2-year warranty is offered where local regulations stipulate. Given the custom aspect of your desk, we do not offer exchanges or refunds.

Each Revive desk is handcrafted and engineered from recycled chopsticks collected locally. Each chopstick undergoes a combination of heat, steam, and pressure to uniformly create a new engineered material. This material is carbon negative — building your desks stores more CO2 from the environment than it takes to make it!

The Revive Desk Series have a load bearing capacity of 75 kg that can fit dual monitors set-up with space for keyboard, mouse and mousepad, speakers, and all your gaming essentials - including our Wrist Rest and Headset Stand.

With a network of ChopValue Microfactories across the world, your Revive Desk can be produced and shipped locally to reduce our collective carbon footprint. If there's a Microfactory close to your country/region (insert link to locations), that is where your Revive desk will be made and shipped from!

To keep your desk in its best condition, set-up in a room with a consistent environment, avoiding extreme changes in temperature and humidity. Here are a few more tips to ensure your desk lasts a lifetime:

- Immediately wipe off water or any liquid spilled on the surface of the desk.

- Use a deskpad and coasters to protect the surface from rings, stains and swelling.

- To clean, simply use a lightly damp cloth to wipe the desk.

- Avoid heavy cleaning products with harsh chemicals that may cause changes to the finish. Wipe to dry.
