Construction Details
Prefabricated Panels
The wall panels are supplied in prefabricated sections sized no larger than 4’ x 2’ size for easy handling and efficient installation.
These panels will join next to each with a tongue and groove system ensuring a flawless fit. Border pieces are customized to individual overall dimensions, offering limitless scalability for your wall paneling project.

Acoustic Slat Pattern
The prefabricated wall interior solution is a versatile and visually striking composition of slats, available in a variety of slat dimensions and customizable color options in its backing, while providing valuable acoustic properties.
SLAT DIMENSIONS
The slat panel is available in different dimensions at variable intervals, examples shown below:
- 20mm in strip width x 10mm depth
- 24mm in strip width x 30mm depth
- 24mm in strip width x 60mm depth
SLAT BACKING
Add a striking highlight by selecting slats with a colored backing, as a prefabricated finished panel that matches the requirements of your space.
Colors
Our engineered performance material undergoes a transformative process involving immense heat, steam, and pressure. The result is a uniform surface echoing the natural aesthetic of wood, which beautifully accommodates stains, paints, and varnishes.
The colors are achieved through staining, where the pigments penetrate the pores of the material surface, leading to increased resistance compared to the application of paint on the surface.

Surface Finish
GRADE I
Our Wall Panels are Grade I Finished as standard with a high performance vegetable oil/wax that appreciates the natural characteristics of the engineered material which creates a calm ambience in any environment.
The finish enhances the natural grain appearance, nourishes the material, and protects it from stains, accidental dents, and superficial scratches.
GRADE II
In combination with the color variations, a Grade II Finish is required. This high performance finish appreciates the natural imperfections of the material and seals the applied color pigments for a long-lasting appearance.
