I was lucky enough to get a tour of the facility on my first visit to the store, and meet some of the people who make items, it was very cool! The team are very passionate about what they do, which made buying from ChopValue even easier.
I love the idea and the look. These boards made a great Christmas gift. My concern is with longevity. We know we are not to “soak” them per the instruction sheet that came with, but after only one use the smaller board has some swelling… we guess from whatever moisture leeched out of resting cheese. Just a bit of a raised spot, but we wonder how long they’ll last given our intended use will be the same type of charcuterie in the future.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Ordered first one and then a second platter set. Absolutely one of the most unique and beautiful gifts you could buy anyone! A fantastic idea and fantastic craftsmanship. Little disappointed that by in less than 2 weeks the price had increased ? ....on the second set I ordered. But again..................will be great Christmas gifts, I'm sure !
