MVP Scales Global Operations with ChopValue EMEA Expansion and Restaurant Brands Europe Vendor Partnership

VANCOUVER, BC — November 26, 2025 — MVP (Microfactory Venture Platform), parent company of ChopValue, is expanding its global operations with a new office headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark, alongside the start of manufacturing operations in Southern Europe this month, marking another milestone in its mission to scale responsible, decentralized production.

To establish its regional foundation, MVP has been officially approved as a vendor for Restaurant Brands Europe, one of the continent's largest quick-service restaurant groups. The first store build-outs are now underway across 12 locations in Spain, Italy, and Portugal through Q4, delivering full-service furniture solutions for Popeyes and Burger King. Production and distribution are supported through MVP’s manufacturing network to ensure fulfillment as locally as possible. MVP’s first Microfactory expansion in Southern European is based in Madrid, serving as an anchor location to enable future projects and partnerships across Europe. The facility strengthens the company’s ability to produce high-performance, commercial solutions closer to where they are needed, while reducing supply chain emissions across the European market. This expansion follows the strong community established by ChopValue UK team in 2024, led by Tom Davies.

“The traditional centralized supply chain is no longer built for today’s speed or sustainability goals,” said Emilio Martinez, Senior Director of Sustainable Engineering at ChopValue. “With our expansion into the EMEA region, partners like Restaurant Brands Europe can grow responsibly through local production that minimizes waste, emissions, and complexity in their supply chains.” Martinez has over 10 years of experience in the QSR sector, having led global projects for brands including Burger King, Popeyes, Tim Hortons, and Firehouse Subs, bringing a proven track record of operational excellence to MVP’s expansion.

With the EMEA expansion and approval as a Restaurant Brands Europe vendor, MVP is poised to extend its decentralized manufacturing model to new markets, providing high-performance, locally produced solutions that reduce emissions, maximize material efficiency, and define a new standard for responsible global manufacturing.
