VANCOUVER, British Columbia — ChopValue used 72,000 recycled chopsticks to fabricate a conference table for a newly renovated meeting room at Vancouver International Airport.
ChopValue said it is the largest boardroom table is has made in Canada.
The table was engineered at a local ChopValue microfactory using microfiber composite made from urban-harvested recycled chopsticks using heat, steam, and pressure.

Founded in Vancouver, ChopValue is a circular design company that operates a network of microfactories to urban-harvest single-use disposable chopsticks from restaurants and local businesses.
