Sustainability often begins with small decisions that add up to something meaningful. At City Square Mall, those decisions can be seen throughout the building.
As Singapore’s first eco mall, City Square Mall has refreshed its interiors with a design approach that highlights environmental responsibility and creative reuse. Across the space, familiar materials have been given new life in unexpected ways.
Our engineered chopstick material appears in the mall as wall paneling and plaques. Installed around the lift areas, the material surrounds shapes archways, highlights lighting features, and forms signage elements that visitors encounter as they move throughout the space.
Together with other repurposed solutions including handrails turned into bench seating, these features demonstrate how thoughtful design can transform everyday materials into lasting parts of the built environment.
