Shipping policy

 

Orders over CA$100 in Canada ship free standard shipping service. For international shipments, Fedex rates are provided at checkout based upon order weight and destination. 

Details:

  • Orders generally ship within 2 business days
  • We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses
  • Customers are responsible of any applicable customs, duties and taxes upon delivery
  • We are not liable for orders lost and/or damaged in transit

All orders outside of Canada will not include duties and taxes at checkout. International orders will be shipped Duty Delivery Unpaid (DDU). Your order may incur duties, fees, and import taxes upon delivery. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and payment of these fees is obligatory to obtain your order. ChopValue is not responsible for any additional taxes or duties. In the event the order is refused by recipient ,the recipient is responsible for the additional shipping, customs, duties, and taxes. Refund Policy

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us here. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We do not cover return shipping costs.

 

Damages and Issues

Once your order has been shipped, it is the carrier's responsibility to ensure safe delivery. ChopValue is not liable for lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed shipments.
If your order does not arrive or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Please note that delivery issues are outside of our control once a tracking number has been issued. In case you are having trouble getting a response, we are happy to assist and encourage you to reach out to us.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

 

 

OUR PRODUCT GUARANTEE

We offer a 1-year* limited warranty to repair or replace any defective products from the original date of purchase. The warranty is valid for the original purchaser. It does not cover any issues due to normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse or loss. 

What’s covered by our warranty:

  • The warranty is a one-year guarantee against defects in material or workmanship

What’s NOT covered by our warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Any damage or malfunction in the product subjected to misuse, abnormal handling or impact, exposure to extremes in temperature and humidity
  • Any damage or malfunction in the product caused by unauthorized repairs, or attempted repairs performed by anyone other than ChopValue
  • Improper assembly or disassembly
  • Any modification to the product
  • Any use that goes against manufacturer recommendations

How to make a warranty claim: 

Contact us here and provide the following information:

  • A description of the issue
  • The date you became aware of the issue
  • A copy of your purchase receipt
  • Photos of the issue (different angles would be ideal)
  • Your shipping address 
  • Contact information

Once we have received a claim, we will make an assessment and get back to you. 

Accidental Damage or Wear and Tear?

If the damage or product wear is not covered by our warranty, fear not, ChopValue is committed to your experience and the longevity of our products. We commit to supporting our materials for 10yr after the date of purchase**. This means we will always repair or supply replacement components at fair and economical pricing. 

How to request repair/replacement components:

Contact us here with the following information:

  • A description of the issue
  • Date of purchase / a copy of your purchase receipt
  • Photos of the issue (different angles would be ideal)
  • Contact information

Once we have received a request, we will make an assessment and get back to you. 

*A 2-year warranty is offered where stipulated by local regulations.
