I absolutely love the ChopValue products. I've given them as gifts for a baby shower, wedding and Christmas. I love the idea and the look. These boards made a great Christmas gift. My concern is with longevity. We know we are not to “soak” them per the instruction sheet that came with, but after only one use the smaller board has some swelling… we guess from whatever moisture leeched out of resting cheese. Just a bit of a raised spot, but we wonder how long they’ll last given our intended use will be the same type of charcuterie in the future. Any advice would be appreciated.
