One of our biggest hesitations at the start of ChopValue was the fear that collecting chopsticks with a gasoline car might be counterproductive.
Fortunately, this led us to define what “local” means to our model. Even with gasoline, our process remained carbon negative.
Now that we're going fully electric — especially in a province where most of our energy is renewable — feels so much better. This is a guidance we will implement for our partners worldwide.
While our local sourcing, manufacturing, and distribution already minimize the impact on logistics, we’re proud to improve it further with our new electric urban harvesting van.
